What can I do if my money is debited but the order is not confirmed?
Your money is entirely secure in situations like this. The amount occasionally debts but does not process at the payment gateway because of technical issues. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. The money is typically returned to the customer’s account within 24 hours of this happening. If against all odds, this payment was successful, we will either complete your order or issue a full refund to the original method of payment.
If I have placed two separate orders, will the cost of shipping be reduced by combining my orders?
Once multiple orders have been placed, we are unable to combine them due to regulatory and compliance issues. Each new order will have the shipping fee added (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
