GENERAL

What is Ayurveda?

One of the oldest holistic medical systems in the world, ‘Ayurveda’ was created in India more than 3,000 years ago. It is based on the notion that wellness and good health depend on a fine balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Its main objective is to encourage good health and not just treat the illness.

How are Ayurvedic medicines different from Allopathic medicines?

Instead of treating the underlying cause of a patient’s suffering, modern medicine only addresses the symptoms in the short term. Ayurveda, on the other hand, adds something special by addressing the individuality of every patient and assisting everybody in recovering from the illness’s underlying cause. In contrast to modern medicine, Ayurveda considers a longer-term solution to patient suffering.

What is Dr. Dassan’s Ayurveda?

We started our journey in 1959 with the local practice of Ayurveda. In these 63 years, we perfected the art of Ayurveda to cure various chronic diseases like kidney disease, paralysis, joint pains, piles, liver disease, spondylitis, sexual weakness, and skin problems to name a few. Our team is constantly working on developing medicines for ailments both, old and new.

What makes Ayurveda special & unique?

Ayurveda is not only a medical system; it also teaches us how to live a healthy lifestyle that will increase our longevity. The term “whole” in Ayurveda refers to a person’s combination of body, mind, and soul. As a result, it is a truly integrative and holistic medical system.

What ailments does Dr. Dassan’s Ayurveda cater to?

Numerous illnesses that affect the body, such as those that affect the skin, bones, and joints, diabetes and other hormone-related illnesses, and nervous system disorders like epilepsy, facial palsy, brain stroke, etc., have all been successfully treated with our methods. Our treatments are also beneficial for conditions that keep coming back and are difficult to treat with other medical systems.

Are Ayurvedic medicines safe?

Yes, our medicines are made of natural and pure herbs. We add no artificial substance to our medicines. We can assure you there will be no side effects.

Are Ayurvedic medicines used for chronic diseases only?

Many people look to allopathy for the treatment of a disease. They turn to Ayurveda when the results are unfavorable. By this point, the illness becomes chronic. There is a misinterpretation that Ayurvedic medicines cannot be used for minor illnesses like colds, coughs, fevers, acidity, loose stools, and other aches and pains. We have formulations at Dr. Dassan’s Ayurveda that can treat these minor, non-chronic illnesses as well.

How are orders placed on Dr. Dassan’s Ayurveda delivered to me?

All orders placed on Dr. Dassan’s Ayurveda are dispatched through our own courier partners including Bluedart, Smart Xpress, Econ, and India Post.

My money is debited but the order is not confirmed.

Your money is entirely secure in situations like this. The amount occasionally debts but does not process at the payment gateway because of technical issues. When this happens the amount is usually reversed to the customer’s account within 24 hours. The money is typically returned to the customer’s account within 24 hours of this happening. If against all odds, this payment was successful, we will either complete your order or issue a full refund to the original method of payment

How do I track my order?

You can see the status of your current orders on the “Order History” under “My Account”.

If I have placed two separate orders, can you combine the orders and offer me reduced shipping?

Once multiple orders have been placed, we are unable to combine them due to regulatory and compliance issues. Each new order will have the shipping fee added (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).

What is the shipping cost for international orders?

The shipping cost for international orders depends on the country and the weight of the shipment.

Do you provide COD facilities?

Yes, you can pay through COD.

What should I do if my payment fails?

If you’ve received a message about a failed payment, you can try placing the order again. However, if your money has already been deducted, do not try again because it’s likely that we have already received your order.

What if my card payment is declined?

If there is an insufficient balance on your account or you are unsure of the validity of your card, we simply request that you contact your bank. Another option would be to clear your cache and try again with a different card or bank account.

What can I do if money is debited but I haven’t received any confirmation?

To help us quickly check the payment gateway and notify you as necessary, kindly send your email address and the precise amount charged to us to care@drdassansayurveda.com.

Can I pay with 2 different credit cards?

Unfortunately, each order can only be paid for using one credit card. However, if you’d like, you can add all the items to your cart and then buy them in one or more separate orders using different credit cards or payment methods.

What are the accepted payment methods for domestic transactions?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

What forms of payment are accepted for international transactions?

What if my credit card was used more than once to pay for the same order?

Write to us at care@drdassansayurveda.com with screenshots of the transaction details if your card has been debited more than once at the payment gateway while making a single purchase, and we will take care of the issue for you.

We use natural ingredients for making our medicines sourced from places like the Himalayas. So, we can assure you that there are going to be no side effects.

INTERNATIONAL

Can my order be canceled?

Orders can only be canceled (completely or partially) before they are shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.

Can I change the shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address before the order is dispatched. After the dispatch, the address cannot be changed.

Can I change the products in my order after I’ve placed an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the product.

What is the shipping cost for international orders?

EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUND

Can a product be returned?

By calling our customer service, a customer can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has left our facility. At our sole discretion, we may cancel such orders with or without notifying the customer in case we suspect that any customer has engaged in fraudulent activity or that any transaction violates the terms and conditions of using the website. All fraudulent transactions and customers will be kept on a negative list, and we will either refuse them access or cancel any orders they have placed.

What can I return?

We are dealing with Ayurvedic products which is why our company follows a no-return policy. But if there is a damaged product, please get in touch with customer service at care@drdassansayurveda.com or call us at +91-7355793557. This will only be applicable within 10 days of delivery.

What do I do if a package arrives damaged?

All packages are insured but if damage occurs, you can apply for a return within 5-7 days of receiving the previous shipment. You can send the image of the damaged product to wecare@drdassansayurveda.com. Keep in mind that only products which are unused will be returned due to some hygiene concerns. Once you document the damage with the carrier, contact our customer service number at +91-7355793557 anytime from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and we’ll process your claim.

When can I return a product?

You can place a return within 5-7 days of delivery by calling our customer service number at +91-7355793557.

When will I get the return?

When an order is canceled, the refund usually appears in your bank account 5 to 7 days later. Please be aware that some banks may require more time than this before the money appears in your account. Once your return is received and has been inspected, if you are returning a damaged item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your package. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within a predetermined 7–10 days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What if I don’t receive a refund in 5-7 days?

Check your bank account once more first if you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
